Psychotria serpens L.

Japanese: シラタマカズラ (白玉葛) [Shiratama Kazura]

This vine often runs straight up the sides of tree trunks, or can be seen in a tangled jumble up in tree branches. It reminds me of mistletoe. I've never seen it in bloom.
